JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support - Level 2 Technician to join our team at Midknight Solutions, a US-based company. As a Technical Support - Level 2 Technician, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical assistance to our clients, ensuring smooth operations of their IT systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Active Directory management, Office 365/Azure/Entrata AD, Windows 10 and 11 troubleshooting, basic networking, and more.

Responsibilities:

- Manage Active Directory and user permissions
- Handle Office 365, Azure, and Entrata AD, including license management
- Troubleshoot Windows 10 and 11 issues up to the registry level
- Perform basic printer troubleshooting and management
- Conduct basic networking troubleshooting using CMD commands
- Manage patch deployments
- Provide iPhone and Android troubleshooting and management
- Utilize ticketing systems for issue tracking and resolution
- Handle incoming calls in a help desk or call center environment
- Install, troubleshoot, and support Microsoft Office applications

Requirements:

- Fluent English with a neutral or American accent
- Experience in patch management
- Familiarity with iPhone and Android troubleshooting
- Proficiency in ticketing systems
- Previous experience in a help desk or call center environment
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office installation and troubleshooting

Preferred, but not required:

- Experience with networking and firewall management/troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Windows Server
- Knowledge of hypervisor and/or vSphere management
- Understanding of SQL database management
- Experience with VoIP and PBX systems
- Certifications in Palo Alto, Fortinet, or Microsoft
- Ability to travel if necessary (passport required)


Salary: $400 monthly + $400 sign-in bonus after three months (Competitive, based on experience)
