Shopify & Ecommerce Associate

We are a music and entertainment merchandising company operating a number of online stores for bands, podcasters, creators and more, and are seeking an experienced and driven E-Commerce Associate to join our team. Online store organization and optimization, new product setup, inventory management and order management will be the primary focus of the E-Commerce Associate, but other duties may be assigned based on need. This position will report to the E-Commerce Manager.

PLEASE NOTE: this position works Los Angeles hours - PST - West Coast USA, 9am-530pm via TimeProof.

The web store you will be operating will be based on Shopify so a robust knowledge of Shopify is crucial. If you are not familiar with Shopify, please do not apply. Knowledge of Printful is also required. If you are not well versed with both of these platforms, please do not apply.

The ideal candidate will have phenomenal attention to detail and be highly organized as they coordinate launching products within Shopify and Printful, creating social media assets and coordinating with other members of our team. They must be able to work quickly and efficiently, multitask through heavy workload periods, and demonstrate effective problem solving should the need arise.

Responsibilities:

- Work closely the E-Commerce & Project Management teams to execute campaigns, meet deadlines, set up new online stores and launch new products
- Write creative item descriptions for new products while providing accurate details
- Adjust & update existing items as needed
- Manage online store inventory and work with the Project Managers & Production team to place re-orders for out of stock & low stock items as needed
- Handle customer service email for the store to answer custom concerns, process order updates, etc
- Organize and update products, collections and store themes when needed
- Work with Marketing team to share creative assets, deadlines, and promo plans as needed
- Compile sales reports and other analytics when requested
- Other related duties as needed

Requirements:

- 2-3 years in a comparable E-Commerce role
- Shopify experience required
- Printful experience required
- Instagram and Tiktok experience required
- Familiarity with web development and CSS is a plus, but not required
- Able to prioritize tasks based on estimated workloads and deadlines and communicate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers when assistance is needed
- Highly detail oriented and organized
- A proactive and positive attitude with an interest in music and entertainment is a plus
