Overview:
As a Product Development Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of product development projects from conception to delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, graphic designers, and purchasing to ensure timely and successful execution of projects. This role requires strong project management skills, technical expertise, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities:
• Project Planning and Execution:
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate resources, tasks, and activities to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or obstacles. Implement mitigation strategies as needed.

Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among various teams involved in product development.
• Align project goals with business objectives and ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment to maximize productivity and innovation.

Requirements Management:
• Work closely with product managers to define project requirements and priorities.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Manage changes to project scope and requirements effectively while minimizing impact on timeline and budget.

Resource Management:
• Allocate resources efficiently to support project objectives and timelines.
• Identify staffing needs and participate in the recruitment and onboarding of teaUpgrade to see actual infombers as necessary.
• Provide guidance and support to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, fostering their professional growth and development.

Risk Management:
• Identify potential risks and issues early in the project lifecycle and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Proactively address any obstacles that may impact project delivery, escalating issues as needed.
• Implement best practices for risk management to ensure successful project outcomes.

Stakeholder Communication:
• Communicate project status, milestones, and key decisions to stakeholders through regular updates and reporting.
• Solicit feedback from stakeholders and incorporate it into project planning and execution as appropriate.
• Manage expectations and ensure alignment between project goals and stakeholder requirements.

Requirements:
• Proven experience managing complex product development projects from inception to launch.
• Strong project management skills, including proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing priorities, and adapt to changing requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills with a collaborative and inclusive approach to team management.
