We are a packaging business and seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and qualifying potential leads for our products/services. This position does not involve outbound calls but instead focuses on utilizing various channels and strategies to generate high-quality leads.
Responsibilities:
Research and Identify Leads: Utilize online resources, databases, and tools to identify potential leads that align with our target market and buyer personas.
Qualify Leads: Conduct thorough research and analysis to determine the suitability and quality of leads based on predetermined criteria.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of lead information, interactions, and progress within our CRM system or database.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives and strategies.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to lead generation, and propose innovative ideas to enhance our lead generation efforts.
Requirements:
Proven Experience: Previous experience in lead generation, market research, or a related field is preferred.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with leads and internal teams.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using various online tools, CRM systems, and databases for lead generation and management.
Self-motivated: Ability to work independently and take initiative to drive results.
Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and strategies as needed.
