JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Video Editor with experience in social media management to join our real estate marketing team. This role requires a professional who is adept at creating compelling video content with a quick turnaround time and managing our social media presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit real estate video footage to produce high-quality content within a 24-hour turnaround time.
Create short-form video content optimized for platforms like TikTok and Instagram, with the potential to expand into long-form content for YouTube.
Manage and update our social media channels, ensuring content is timely, relevant, and engaging.
Collaborate with the team to develop content strategies that align with our marketing goals.
Maintain consistent communication with the team to ensure project alignment and timely delivery of content.
Qualifications:

Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and other video editing software.
Experience in creating and managing content for social media platforms, particularly TikTok and Instagram.
Advanced English language skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
Previous experience in real estate video editing is a plus, but not required.
