ROLE

We are seeking a motivated Client Success Manager to join our growing team. The Client Success Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and ensuring that the clients are satisfied with the services our company provides.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Serve as the primary contact for clients, conduct the onboarding process, and manage the contents for the clients
- Manage and strengthen clients' relationships.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams for a successful client outcome
- Drive retention and growth among the most valuable customers
- Represent the voice of the client and mediate between the clients and the organization
- Closely manage and nurture accounts to identify and eliminate risk attribution
- Improve customer experience through product support, and handle customer complaints and request

REQUIREMENTS

- Proven experience in a customer service role and client relations is a PLUS
- Social Media marketing experience
- Experience in content creation a plus
- Comfortable in meeting and speaking with clients
- Resourceful with keen attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
- Experience working in a digital marketing Agency experience is a plus
- Amenable to working from 10 PM to 6 AM PH Time
- Comfortable in using a time-tracking device the entire shift
