Civil Engineer - Quantity Surveying and Construction Accounting

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Civil Engineer with expertise in Quantity Surveying and Construction Accounting to join our energetic and ambitious team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Project Management team in determining quantities for construction accounting, specifically in shell construction projects.
- Contribute to the preparation of tenders, focusing on accurate quantity determination.

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Quantity Surveying and Construction Accounting
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of German is a plus but not required
- Strong command over Excel and familiarity with digital work environments
- experience bluebeam highly recommended

- Competitive monthly salary: PHP 40,000-50,000 (gross) depending on experience, and a chance to increase after 6 months, depending on performance
