Digital Marketing Manager

Client/Business Overview: B2B walls/ceilings and a B2C sinks/fixtures business

Responsibilities:

Running Facebook/Instagram Ads
Developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy for both companies
Creating and maintaining a content calendar and scheduling posts for both companies
Managing social media accounts on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
Running advertisements and conducting organic outreach on LinkedIn for the walls/ceilings business
Generating B2C leads for the sinks/fixtures business through targeted advertisements on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
Copywriting, graphic design, and video editing for social media content, as well as scheduling the content
Utilize WordPress with a "must-have" proficiency to create, update, and maintain website content
Establishing and executing an email marketing and text message strategy to maximize conversions from paid ads leads that haven't signed up yet
Managing and growing the community and accounts across all social platforms for both businesses

Requirements:
At least 4 years of experience working on a similar position
Proficient in HubSpot
Highly organized
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

The specific software to be used will be discussed with the client and determined based on their needs and preferences.

Timezone: AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time)

Working Hours: 3 hours per day (Initially working as a senior-level marketer for 3 hours per day, with a potential increase to 8 hours once a return on investment (ROI) is observed)

Rate: $670 AUD/month plus $30 AUD incentive for complete attendance
