Appointment Setter/Business Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced Appointment Setter - BDM to join our growing company, you will be part of a competitive team and full training will be given.

~~The primary responsibilities of an Appointment Setter will include identifying and qualifying prospective customers, doing the introductions of our company and products, and trying to conclude the sale, or if required making an appointment with the supervisor to help you close the deal.~~

WORK SCHEDULE:
- Late Afternoon and Night MNL Time working hours available to suit UK/USA/CANADA market.
- Monday to Friday, Fixed weekends off.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Make outbound calls to introduce the company to potential prospects (Calls are made to USA & Canada clients).
- Receive inbound calls from customers so call management is essential.
- Build relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to more opportunities for business.
- Work with the management team to develop and grow the leads pipeline to consistently meet daily goals.
- Achieve the monthly quota of sales targets.
- Manage a list of prospective customers and record actions.
- Contact management per LIVE chat or via phone/ text.
- May also be asked to locate leads using suggested tools and must be flexible and willing to learn.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 years of call center experience in an international voice account.
- Experience with a Customer Relationship Management database system is needed and a FAST internet connection. As we will provide the VOIP service along with a company email address and means for return calls to reach you.
- Must be self-motivated and willing to learn.
- Must have a good command of English and be able to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Must be able to produce results.
- Demonstrate the ability to meet and/or exceed performance targets.
- Positive Attitude & Team Player.
