We're looking for an experienced virtual property assistant to help with various tasks for our growing short term rental company. We use websites like Airbnb, Vrbo, Upgrade to see actual info and our own website to rent our apartments to traveling guests. Experience is required. Additional training will be provided.

Please only apply if:

1. You have great critical thinking skills to work independently after training utilizing support only if needed.
2. Have great English speaking and writing skills and enjoy communicating with people.
3. Available to part time first then transition to full time.
4. Have basic bookkeeping/financial reporting experience.

Describe in detail your experience in the short term rental industry. Included the length of employment, number of properties managed, hours worked, day to day tasks

What is your experience with helping owners manage their short term rental operations?

What is your process for handling the Airbnb review removal process?

What is your experience working with finding and communicating with cleaners, handymen, etc., to schedule property tasks?

What tools do you have experience using?

What experience do you have with writing standard operating procedures (SOPs)?

What type of movies/tv shows did you watch growing up?

What part of the Philippines are you in? How are the power outages in your area?

How do you enjoy working for a short term rental company?

Explain how you will go about resolving a case where the guest reported missing supplies inside the unit when they checked in. What will you do?

What steps will you take when the guest says their code isnt working?

This position is only for someone who enjoys this industry, is self sufficient and can make decisions on their once provided with training. You will be need to be available to to work on the weekends and on a US EST schedule (type Sojourn in email subject). We're a growing company that prefers to promote from within.
