Position Overview:

As an Outbound Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and executing lead scraping processes targeting Amazon and Walmart sellers. Leveraging your expertise in tools such as Helium 10 and Jungle Scout, you will identify and qualify potential leads to expand our client base. Additionally, you will utilize platforms like Upgrade to see actual info, Quickmail, and NeverBounce to enhance lead quality and accuracy. Once processes are implemented, you will create an SOP and assist in the recruitment of Lead Scraping Specialists for this process. Your role will be pivotal in supporting our sales and business development teams in acquiring new clients and fostering valuable partnerships.

This position requires a high level of experience in Amazon Seller Central listing quality and the guidelines for retail readiness.   The candidate must possess a strong understanding of the KPIs that affect performance in a listing, and be able to use tools like Helium 10 and Junglescout to extract data to use as attributes/signals in dynamic content for outbound email scripts in Quickmail.  This role will also be responsible for creating the outbound campaigns, creating SOPs and training other BDRs how to scrape leads in Upgrade to see actual info and other prospecting tools.  These skill sets are a prerequisite for the role and can not be trained on the job. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement lead scraping processes targeting Amazon and Walmart sellers.
- Utilize Helium 10 and Jungle Scout to identify potential leads and opportunities within e-commerce marketplaces.
- Employ Upgrade to see actual info, Quickmail, and NeverBounce to ensure lead accuracy and enhance outreach efficiency.
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities to engage and qualify leads through various communication channels.
- Collaborate closely with sales and business development teams to prioritize leads and optimize outreach strategies.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of lead generation activities and outcomes for performance tracking and analysis.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and strategies.


Qualifications:

- Proficiency in using Helium 10 and Jungle Scout for lead scraping and market research.
- Expertise in Upgrade to see actual info, Quickmail, and NeverBounce for lead enrichment and email verification.
- Proven experience in outbound prospecting, particularly within the Amazon seller ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce market dynamics and trends, especially within Amazon and Walmart marketplaces.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and persuade potential leads effectively.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
