We are looking for a rockstar sourcing specialist to help us source and ship products relating to the outdoors niche. You must know your guns and be excited to find, manufacture, and sell the latest gear that the outdoor enthusiast will love! You might have experience as a cadet, or just love playing Call of Duty and can name every firearm in the game. Regardless of your background, we are interested in interviewing you.


Who you are:
As a sourcing specialist, I enjoy researching, contacting, and communicating with factories around the globe. I excel at finding deficiencies in the market and I apply my expertise also by providing solutions to those deficiencies in the products I source. Differentiation, branding, and factory negotiations are all part of my specialties I'm a whiz at crunching numbers, and calculating margins while figuring out the return on investment for products and projects that I'm hired to source. I know how critical it is to get the basic financials correct before you start a sourcing project. I also know that sourcing bad products could lead to a downward spiral in any company. I enjoy staying on good terms with the factory managers while providing my employer confidence, knowing that nobody can source better than I can.


Who we are:
We are an e-commerce company that has been selling on Amazon and Online for over four years. We sell physical products: gun cases and cleaning kits. We currently have 8 employees and are growing fast. We are all completely remote and operate independently. We just make sure to check into our Google Chat channel every day. Getting good work done on time is more important than logging hours.
