Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join and assist our dynamic sales team in finding prospects and setting up meetings by using digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a general understanding of the solar industry, sales, and digital channels to reach prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute lead generation strategies to identify and qualify potential business clients in solar sales – Including Solar Dealers, Solar Representatives, HVAC Companies, Home Services, and additional related industries
• Work through curated lead lists provided by Partnership Sales Team, with high quality outreach and organization
• Engage with prospects through emailing, social media, chat, and text messaging to set up scheduled meetings with Partnership Sales Team
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the solar industry, market trends, and competitors to effectively position our products and services
• Manage and nurture leads in the CRM system, ensuring all communications are logged and information is up to date
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly lead/meeting generation targets
• Provide feedback and insights from prospects to help refine sales strategies and product offerings

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in working with United States clients, with care and clear communication
• General understanding of the solar energy market and technology
• Proficiency in CRM software (Hubspot), Microsoft Office Suite, Social Media and texting software/device
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide basic information about our company
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced industry

Pay range:

?35,000- ?40,000
