Job Responsibilities:
Answer all customer queries through our Online platform
Answer all email inquiries
Make outbound calls
Answer chats through our chat platform
Communicate and escalate urgent tickets with the appropriate team
Manage our referral network

What we are looking for:
Highly organized individual with strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize work and time management skills
Computer savvy
Ability to prioritize workloads
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Effective communication skills: Strong Command of written and spoken English
An empathetic approach. Someone who can understand the customer's situation
The desire to go above and beyond for customer when possible
