Job Description
As a Senior Media Buyer specializing in Meta advertising, you'll be the mastermind behind impactful campaigns tailored for US-based fitness businesses. We need someone with a deep understanding of Meta platforms, exceptional analytical skills, and a proven track record of turning advertising campaigns into success stories. At Referrizer, you're always supported and part of a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with client teams, offering strategic recommendations for Meta advertising.
Develop and execute comprehensive Meta advertising strategies for US-based fitness businesses, ensuring alignment with business objectives and target audience demographics.
Plan, set up, and manage end-to-end advertising campaigns on Meta platforms, optimizing targeting, creative implementation, tracking, and budget utilization for the best results.
Utilize advanced audience segmentation techniques to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate on ad creative optimization, ensuring resonance with the target audience and alignment with industry trends.
Effectively manage advertising budgets, making data-driven decisions to maximize ROI for clients.
Analyze campaign performance metrics, provide regular reports to clients, and stay updated on Meta trends.
Collaborate closely with client teams, offering strategic recommendations for Meta advertising.

Qualification
Minimum of 4 years of successful experience in marketing lead generation services, with a focus on media buying or PPC management.
Proven track record with specific metrics and analytics showcasing successful past campaigns.
Advanced awareness of the psychology of advertising and the customer journey.
Commitment to ongoing education and digital marketing training.
Ability to problem-solve, analyze data, and make client-specific suggestions.
Comfortable working 100% remotely, with a high attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Self-starting attitude with a strong sense of urgency.
Extremely organized, enthusiastic, and a high performer.
Analytical mindset with a love for teamwork and a willingness to contribute and take ownership.
Working Hours
9 am to 5 pm EST, Monday to Friday. Full-time: 40 hours / week
