Qualifications for ALL ROLES
- Pure/Neutral English accent
- BPO background: at least 2 years
- Has experience in handling an e-commerce account for at least 1 year
- The recent experience in customer support role is no earlier than 2 years ago
- Ok with evening/graveyard shift
- Responsible and customer service oriented
- Good communication skills
- Can stay long term with the company
Additional Qualifications for the Hybrid Support Role
- Has experience in handling a blended account for at least 1 year
- Experience in the ERP system
- Good excel skills
- Good TS (troubleshooting) skills in smart devices, home appliances and on, in the case of applying for a TSR role.
