Project Managers Needed for International Private Equity Group

ABOUT THE JOB

You will be a highly influential operational project manager with oversight of a number of clients. You will be the “go to” person for client deliverables, be the conduit between stakeholders and the shared service team. Duties / tasks will be clarified, crystalized, conveyed to the team with full oversight of their execution.

Working with clients to solve problems, conjure up solutions and deliver timely feedback are critical elements of the role. You will have oversight of all pillars within operations, have teaUpgrade to see actual infombers underneath you to whom you can delegate, at times you need to step in and execute yourself. Management skills are critical, especially around deadlines and progress reporting.

Clients will be dotted around the world. Most will be international business and in tier one locations. You will be working closely with these stakeholders helping them to drive efficiency in their business removing as many operational tasks as possible.

You will work be working under strict timeframes, this is not a job for a clock watcher. You will enjoy plenty of flexibility but it’s about getting the job at all times, putting the client first. You will thrive in juggling balls and be an adept multitasker as you shift from project to project, client to client. You will have exposure to many different types of businesses.

• Core skills are broad range of insight into technology / basic understanding of finance, accounts / a passion for marketing, creative flair, document design / a grasp and respect for data. Each project manager takes specialization in one skill set so a passion for one of these is preferable with a proven track record of excellence and knowledge on it will be great.
