Position Overview:
Netsicle is on the hunt for a Web Designer/Website Builder with a knack for creating visually compelling websites that resonate with audiences. This role is perfect for someone who excels in a vibrant, fast-paced setting and is keen on translating brand voices into stunning web designs. Utilizing platforms like Weblium (similar to Wix, Weebly, etc), you'll craft websites that not only look great but also perform flawlessly. This is a unique opportunity to shape the digital presence of Netsicle and our diverse range of clients.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop websites using Weblium (sometimes Wix, Weebly, GoDaddy, WordPress, etc) that align with our clients' brand identity, goals, and user experience expectations.
- Demonstrate proficiency in basic CSS, HTML, and the ability to implement minor development tasks to customize websites beyond the basic capabilities of Weblium and other platforms.
- Employ basic graphic design skills to create visually appealing layouts, images, and icons that enhance user engagement and complement the site's content.
- Work closely with our marketing team to ensure that web designs are SEO-friendly and optimized for performance and conversions.
- Conduct website testing across multiple browsers and devices to ensure consistency and functionality.
- Stay abreast of the latest web design trends, tools, widgets, and technologies to continuously improve our offerings and processes.
- Collaborate in the planning and execution of website projects, managing timelines, and delivering within set deadlines.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Solid experience with DIY/WYSIWYG website builders, particularly Weblium, and a strong understanding of Wix and Weebly-like platforms.
- A portfolio any showcasing websites designed with Weblium, highlighting your ability to adapt to various brand voices and design requirements.
- Basic knowledge of CSS and HTML, with the ability to tweak and customize site designs beyond template limitations.
- A good eye for design, including layout, color theory, and typography, coupled with basic graphic design skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English, with the confidence to participate in Zoom calls with our team and stakeholders.

Work Hours:
This is a part-time position, requiring up to 6 hours a day, 4 days a week, with flexible scheduling available.
