Social Media Manager needed

Hello there! We are a growing Marketing Agency with multiple e-commerce stores looking for an enthusiastic and professional Social media manager. This role is a part-time role where you will be working with our current team of 8.

We need someone to have a decent understanding of marketing and is able to put the information given into an attractive post and manage it for us. As well as create reels that can help us grow.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2-year social media management experience
- Must be proficient in English
- Know how to use Slack for communications

Your tasks as a manager will Include:
1. Make Posts based on the information we give you
2. Come up with ideas for posts that we can do and manage them on the account yourself
3. look for ways to grow the account even more

3. How long would it take you to think of a post idea based on a post we gave and make it?
4. Can you work flexible hours during the morning?

7. Have you worked for a Marketing agency or e-commerce team before?

We are looking to grow very quickly in the next few months and this position will allow for opportunities to be moved to incentive-based pay and a salary increase.

Biweekly Pay: $100 CAD + BONUS
Hours: 2-3 Hours Per day, some days you won’t need to work :)

Currently, you must be able to work at least 14hrs/week (including weekends)
