As we continue to grow and reach new milestones, including our aim to join the 9-digit sales club in 2024, we are seeking a dedicated Amazon Canada Marketplace Manager to join our team and drive our growth strategy in the Canadian market.

Position Summary:

The Amazon Canada Marketplace Manager will be responsible for optimizing our sales and operational strategy on Upgrade to see actual info. This role demands a candidate with a strong understanding of the Canadian e-commerce landscape, Amazon Seller Central, and the ability to develop and execute strategies that increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and expand our market presence in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management on Upgrade to see actual info, tailored to the Canadian market.
Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities in Canada to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
Optimize product listings for the Amazon Canada marketplace to improve visibility, click-through rates, and conversion rates, incorporating SEO best practices and localized content.
Manage PPC advertising campaigns on Upgrade to see actual info, focusing on maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS) and driving sales growth.
Collaborate with the product development, marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive strategy and execution for the Canadian market.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with a strong understanding of e-commerce and the Amazon platform.
5+ years of experience managing Amazon marketplace accounts, with specific experience in Upgrade to see actual info and the Canadian e-commerce market.
Proven track record of increasing sales and market presence on Amazon, with strong analytical skills to drive data-driven decisions.
Expertise in SEO, PPC advertising, and marketplace analytics tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to rapidly changing market conditions.
Fluency in English and French is highly desirable to cater to the bilingual Canadian market.
Working Conditions:

Full-time position with the option for remote work.
