ZohoOne Specialist VA - Australian Agency

At SheCEO Virtual Assistant Agency we are searching for a virtual assistant for a permanent part-time role. 3 8-hour days per week, with the likelihood to become more to full time across several of our clients if you wish. Salary: 240 PHP a hour.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
You will work for our client who is a HR consultant. You will be responsible for working heavily within ZOHOONE CRM, as well as Canva for digital marketing, and other software. Your daily tasks will include graphic design, website creation, CRM workflows, funnels, general admin, lead generation and more. You will have both recurring and ad hoc tasks, and work closely with the Client.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- ZohoOne CRM work: landing pages, workflows, funnels, emails, etc.
- Graphic design: social media content, fliers, advertisements, etc.
- weekly meetings with our VA Agency as requested
- adhere to our Agency's technology and privacy policies and procedures

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- ZohoOne experience
- strong experience creating graphic design content is a MUST
- extensive experience with canva, instagram and video creation apps
- lead generation experience
- exceptional English speaking and writing skills
- experience in HR is advtantageous
- excellent time-management and organisation
- excellent attention to detail
- friendly and welcoming

INCENTIVES:
