Lead Setter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven and articulate Lead Setter to join our team and play a vital role in driving sales success. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to qualified leads, overcoming objections, and scheduling appointments with our sales team. This is a results-oriented position perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys exceeding expectations.

Responsibilities:

•Contact qualified leads generated through various channels.
•Effectively communicate our value proposition and overcome initial objections during phone conversations.
•Secure appointments for our sales team within a one-week timeframe.
•Utilize our CRM system, Remodeling Up Level, to manage and track leads.
•Maintain a positive and professional demeanor throughout all interactions.

Qualifications:

•Minimum of 1-year experience in a lead setting or similar outbound sales role (a plus in the construction industry).
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong phone presence.
•Ability to think on their feet and overcome objections professionally and persuasively.
•Proficient in active listening and clear communication to understand customer needs.
•A willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
•Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.

Additional Information:

•This is an outbound calling role.

•Our success metrics include the number of appointments set, conversion rates, and conversion per hour.

Note: While prior construction industry knowledge is a plus, it is not required for this role.
