What You'll Do:

- Accompany physicians during patient visits to transcribe records using electronic medical record systems.
- Prepare documents for physician approval, maintaining compliance with HIPAA and healthcare policies.
- Collaborate with staff to monitor and document lab results and screenings.
- Uphold professionalism through consistent attendance and conduct supportive clerical tasks to improve clinic workflow.

Who You'll Work With:
As a key member of our healthcare team, you will work closely with physicians and medical staff, playing a pivotal role in ensuring efficient and accurate medical record management. Your contributions will directly impact the quality of patient care.

Who We're Looking For:
- Computer and Internet Proficiency: Must possess a personal computer manufactured within the last 4 years and access to high-speed internet (Minimum internet bandwidth of 20 Mbps Download / 8 Mbps Upload).
- Typing Efficiency: Typing speed of 45+ WPM.
- Language Skills: Ability to fluently read, write, and understand English.
- EMR Experience: Minimum of two years' experience with EMR systems.
- Medical Facility Experience: At least one year of experience in a patient-facing medical facility.
- HIPAA Certification: Must possess a current HIPAA certification.
- Dedicated and Professional: Committed to high standards of professionalism and supportive clerical work to enhance clinic operations.
