In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial operations across our diverse business portfolio, ensuring financial health and compliance, supporting our continuous growth and innovation. You will also be recommending strategies to grow the business.

As a Financial Analyst/Manager, you will be expected to:

- Oversee financial operations of multiple business units within the portfolio.
- Handle Merger and Acquisition projects
- Coordinate and prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and report variances for diverse businesses.
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and reporting, maintaining compliance with standards.
- Lead regulatory reporting and manage compliance with local, state, and federal government requirements.
- Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools, and control systems.
- Develop financial strategy, including risk minimization plans and opportunity forecasting.
- Provide leadership and direction to the finance team, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Financial Controller, preferably in a diverse business environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field; CPA or CMA preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial management, and business acumen.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
