JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Customer Success Associate to join our team. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible in ensuring our clients receive prompt assistance and resolution to their inquiries and issues. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining positive relationships with our clients by providing exceptional support and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products/services.

ABOUT YOU:

1. Proven experience in customer support or a similar role
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with customers of varying technical levels.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to resolve customer issues.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
5. Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
6. Empathetic and customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
8. Background in WordPress is a plus

ABOUT THE POSITION:

1. Respond to customer inquiries and support requests via various channels including email, phone, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to appropriate teams when necessary.
3. Provide product/service information, guidance, and assistance to customers to ensure they have a positive experience.
4. Proactively identify and address customer concerns or trends to prevent future issues and enhance the overall customer experience.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and marketing to ensure a seamless customer experience.
6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints using our CRM system.
7. Assist in developing and updating customer support documentation and resources.
8. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty by implementing feedback and suggestions.

ABOUT COMPENSATION:
Will pay daily for 1st week, then every week after 1st week
We pay bonuses for great work
We pay 13th Month Bonus
We give pay increases based on performance
Every month you work, you earn 1 personal day which can be used as sick days or vacation days (12 Days per Year)
These are the paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (7 Days)
