JOB OVERVIEW

We are on the hunt for a dynamic Part-Time Digital Marketing Manager with the potential for full-time engagement based on performance. The ideal candidate will excel in crafting and executing compelling digital marketing strategies across various platforms, with a focus on social media and paid advertising. Your role will be pivotal in driving our clients' brands forward, maximising their online presence, and enhancing their market share through innovative campaigns and detailed competitor analysis.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:
Develop and implement social media strategies that align with our clients' brand identities. This includes content creation, scheduling, and monitoring across platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.

Paid Advertising:
Launch and manage FB/IG ads, focusing on conversion, traffic, and lead generation campaigns. Responsibilities include ongoing optimization of ad campaigns to boost return on ad spend (ROAS).

SEO and Content Marketing:
Apply SEO best practices to enhance blog visibility and rankings. Contribute to the content marketing efforts with attention to detail in proofreading and ensuring the quality of content generated by AI tools like ChatGPT.

Graphic Design:
Create visually appealing ad creatives and marketing materials using Canva, ensuring they meet brand standards and campaign objectives.

Copywriting:
Craft compelling ad copies and social media content, including revising and proofreading to maintain high-quality standards.

Competitor Analysis:
Conduct thorough market and competitor analysis to inform and refine marketing strategies.

Team Leadership:
Lead and oversee marketing teams, providing feedback and making revisions to their work to ensure the highest quality output.

Project Management:
Utilise Upgrade to see actual info for effective project management across all client businesses, ensuring tasks are completed within deadlines.


Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in managing social media platforms, executing paid advertising campaigns (specifically on Facebook and Instagram), and developing effective digital marketing strategies.
Expertise in using digital marketing tools and software, including ChatGPT, Canva, Upgrade to see actual info, and Slack.
Proficient in Adobe Suite (Lightroom and Photoshop) for photo editing tasks.
Familiarity with WordPress for basic website maintenance.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and the ability to implement them effectively.
Strong graphic design skills, with the ability to create engaging ad creatives and marketing materials.
Excellent copywriting skills for creating compelling ad copies and social media content.
Competency in conducting competitor analysis and market research to inform marketing strategies.
Ability to analyse campaign performance data to optimise strategies and improve ROAS.
Experience leading and overseeing marketing teams, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring high-quality output.
Capability to work collaboratively with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and stakeholders, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate marketing strategies and results to clients and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
Proficiency in English is mandatory.
Highly organised
