JOB OVERVIEW

As a Virtual Tenant Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and securing tenants for our properties, managing tenant relationships, sending proposals, and actively seeking new opportunities to expand our tenant portfolio. You will work remotely and collaborate closely with our team to ensure the success of our rental arbitrage business.

Key Responsibilities:

Tenant Acquisition: Identify, target, and secure tenants for our properties through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and direct outreach.
Partnership Building: Develop and nurture partnerships with key stakeholders, including property owners, real estate agents, property managers, and other relevant parties to secure attractive rental opportunities.
Tenant Management: Oversee the onboarding process for new tenants, manage tenant inquiries, address concerns, and ensure a positive tenant experience throughout their stay.
Proposal Development: Prepare and send compelling proposals to potential tenants, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our properties.
Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competition, and pricing strategies to optimize property acquisition and rental rates.
Property Identification: Continuously seek new properties and opportunities to expand our tenant portfolio, ensuring a consistent pipeline of rental options.
Data Analysis: Utilize data and analytics to track tenant acquisition performance and identify areas for improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective tenant acquisition strategies and campaigns.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with local regulations and rental agreements, providing guidance to tenants as needed.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in tenant management, property management, or a related field.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in virtual collaboration tools and software.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Knowledge of the rental arbitrage industry is a plus.
