Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Source potential candidates through online channels, networking, and other creative methods.
- Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge about position requirements.
- Conduct initial Google Meet interviews to assess candidates' qualifications for assigned roles, followed by second-round interviews and feedback provision for generic and admin positions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Manage job postings on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Mentor and guide junior members of the recruitment team.
Qualifications:
- At least college-level
- 4+ years of proven experience in HR & Recruitment in the BPO company (offline or online)
- Experience in a remote work environment is an asset
- You are well-versed with modern recruitment strategies, including job boards, outsourcing websites,
- You have developed a network of candidates in your social media accounts: FB, LinkedIn
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes and interview techniques
- Experience in creating Recruitment reports in the BPO environment is a plus
- You are a confident user of Canva & Google Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A stable internet connection and peaceful working space is a must
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Benefits:
- Work Monday-Friday, 1 pm to 10 pm PH time
- Competitive take-home salary of Php28,000 plus potential increase after 6 months depending on the performance
