JOB OVERVIEW

Overview:

The Client Account Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the relationships we have with our clients. This individual will be the bridge between our clients and our internal team, ensuring that all client needs are met, and expectations are exceeded. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service or account management, preferably within the e-commerce or digital marketing sectors.

Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for all client-related inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their goals are met with our agency's services.
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, SEO, PPC, Graphics, and Inventory) to ensure that all client projects are executed smoothly and efficiently.
Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with clients to review performance, discuss strategies, and plan for future initiatives.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services that would benefit the client's Amazon strategy.
Monitor and report on the performance of clients' Amazon accounts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stay updated on Amazon policies, industry trends, and best practices to provide informed advice and guidance to clients.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or a similar role, preferably in the e-commerce or digital marketing industry.
Strong understanding of Amazon's platform and the e-commerce landscape.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Proven track record of managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and reporting.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Work schedule: 9AM-6PM EST; With 1 hr break
Payout is on a weekly basis
