Recruiter - Outbound Sales Experience Required

Job Responsibilities:
· Interact with applicants over the phone to fill existing openings for 30+ trucking companies
· Pre-qualify 100 candidates daily
· Promote and maintain RTR brand when communicating with applicants
· Effectively screen applicants to establish if they qualify for a driving position
· After driver has been screened for basic requirements, initially you will transfer calls to recruiter for further review
· Use relevant information and judgment to determine if the driver should be transferred to recruiter
· Update and maintain applicant tracking system for communications with each applicant
· Maintain knowledge of trucking industry to effectively screen applicants

· 1+ years working from home
· Required: Fast and reliable internet (minimum 100mbps internet and backup internet required)
· Required: Backup generator that can power your computer for 8 hours in case of power outage
· Required: Noise-canceling microphone/headset
· Required: Quiet and professional workspace free from background noises
