Are you an organised, detail-oriented individual with a knack for administration and a passion for the health and wellness industry? OAK Pilates, based in Western Australia, is seeking a dedicated Admin Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Proficient in Mindbody Reporting to analyse studio performance metrics and provide actionable insights.

Experience or willingness to learn Mindbody Marketing Suite to promote studio offerings and events effectively.

Handling studio inbox, addressing inquiries regarding Pilates classes and retreats with professionalism and efficiency.

Managing staff schedules, coordinating covers, and scheduling private client sessions.

Organising folders/files, importing documents, and maintaining meticulous records.

Proficient in or open to learning ClickUp for project management and organisation purposes.

Skilled in managing sales leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving business growth.

Ordering and managing studio merchandise efficiently.

Willingness to tackle various ad hoc tasks as they arise, contributing to the smooth operation of OAK Pilates.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience with MindBody software or a strong willingness to learn before starting work.
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
Positive attitude, friendly demeanour, and excellent communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
Proactive problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
Previous experience in sales and customer service is advantageous.
