Responsibilities:

Uphold the highest standards of quality, courtesy, and commitment when interacting with patients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Collaborate in achieving company objectives through active participation in meetings.
Manage and collect insurance accounts for designated locations, addressing patient billing inquiries efficiently.
Accurately prepare and submit claims to insurance companies, ensuring proper documentation, either electronically or via paper submissions.
Collaborate with Office Managers to ensure the precise processing of claims.
Conduct various collection activities, such as contacting patients, correcting claims, and resubmitting to third-party payers.
Maintain accurate daily logs of processed accounts and ensure comprehensive documentation in patient records.
Adhere to Company policies, complete paperwork promptly, and prioritize safety protocols in the workplace.
Daily Tasks:
A typical day will involve meticulously checking the status of outstanding claims to secure payment from insurance companies, ensuring timely resolution and proper account management.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with dental terminology and expertise in dental insurance verification is advantageous.
Preferred Systems and Software Knowledge:
Proficiency in Denticon, Excel, and adept use of the Google search engine is beneficial for this role.

Working hours:
40 hours/week
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
8-5 PST or 9-6 PST
