Web Developer/Web Designer

Location: Fully Remote

Responsibilities:

Front-End Development:
Develop responsive and intuitive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Collaborate with the design team to implement visual and interactive elements on the website.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize web pages for maximum speed and scalability.
Back-End Development:
Work with server-side technologies to implement web features.
Integrate third-party APIs and web services.
Collaborate with back-end developers to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
Web Design:
Create visually appealing and on-brand designs for web pages.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to enhance user experience.
Content Management:
Update and maintain website content, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Implement content management systems (CMS) and customize them as needed.
Testing and Debugging:
Conduct thorough testing of websites to identify and fix bugs, issues, or performance bottlenecks.
Ensure websites are secure and follow best practices for data protection.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and IT, to understand project requirements.
Participate in project planning, providing technical insights and feasibility assessments.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Web Developer or Web Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing past projects.
Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks/libraries like React or Angular.
Experience with back-end development using languages such as Python, PHP, or Node.js.
Knowledge of web design principles, UX/UI best practices, and design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
