JOB OVERVIEW

The SEO Coordinator will be responsible for implementing and managing search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve our website's organic search rankings and drive quality traffic. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, analytical skills, and creativity to optimise website content, conduct keyword research, and monitor performance metrics.

-Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase website visibility and traffic.
-Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms and opportunities for optimization.
-Optimise website content, including meta tags, headings, and on-page elements, to improve search engine rankings.
-Collaborate with content creators to ensure content aligns with SEO best practices and target keywords.
-Collaborate with internal staff to create content and blogs for the website to improve rankings.
-Collaborate externally to obtain strong back-links and improve domain authority.
-Perform ongoing technical SEO audits to identify and address issues impacting website performance.
-Monitor and analyse website traffic, keyword rankings, and other SEO metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO software.
-Generate regular reports on SEO performance, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
-Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to enhance SEO strategies.
-Identify opportunities for website optimisation, including site structure, navigation, and user experience improvements.
-Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, web development, and content, to implement SEO recommendations and initiatives.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience in SEO, with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors, including Google, Bing, Yahoo and more.
-Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
-Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
-Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
-Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
-Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
-Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
-Experience with web building or content management systems is a plus.
