Problem Solving: Resolve issues related to appointments, billing, insurance, and patient concerns.
Team Collaboration: Work well with other members of the dental team, even in a remote setting.
Confidentiality: Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations.
Time Management: Efficiently manage time to meet deadlines and maintain a smooth workflow.
