Job Summary:
As a Finance and Project Management Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our financial operations using QuickBooks and managing various projects across our agencies. Your role will involve ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as leading projects from conception to completion. You will be the backbone of our financial health and project success, driving efficiency and effectiveness throughout our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
QuickBooks Oversight: Manage all aspects of financial operations using QuickBooks, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting. Ensure accuracy in financial data and provide insights for financial decision-making.
Project Management: Lead projects, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and on-budget completion. Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress and address any issues that arise.
Financial Analysis and Budgeting: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement. Develop and manage budgets for projects, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
Communication and Leadership: Serve as a key point of contact for financial and project management matters. Communicate effectively with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and inspiring work environment.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement in financial operations and project management. Implement best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in financial management and project management, with a strong understanding of QuickBooks and project management software.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
