Social Media Manager- Full Time

Role: Experienced Social Media Manager for a Real Estate Investment Based Business
Working Hours: 6PM - 2AM PH Time (Monday to Friday)
Salary: $4- $6 per hour - Based On Experience
Paid Bi-weekly ( Wise )

RESPONSIBILITIES:
What you can expect to do in the immediate future are:
1) Oversee social media platforms
2) Develop and recommend strategies in increasing social media presence of the business
3) Help increase followers/subscribers
4) Create a content calendar each month ( 2 Separate accounts )
5) Engage with the audience in the comments section
6) Respond to inquiries or questions in DMs or personal messages
7) Generate monthly statistical reports with social analytics and trends to track growth
8) Create monthly reports for online reviews and feedback
9) Manage 3 Social Media Account with a content team that help create the content
10) Know How to Use Canva


QUALIFICATIONS:
1) You must have prior social media management experience. 2 Years Min
2) You must be knowledgeable with these apps:
a. Slack
b. Hubstaff
c. ClickUp
d. CapCut, Canva, Google Drive
e. Social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Youtube
3) You must know the technicalities and aspects of each social media platform.
4) Your English writing and speaking skills must be great. They don't need to be perfect, though that is preferred.
5) You must have excellent multitasking and organizational ability.
6) Prior experience with a US Real Estate business is a BIG plus!
