We are a standby call center for an Insurance Company. In the event of a disaster, we need 7 competent, experienced inbound customer service call center agents.
Must have reliable & high-speed internet, PC, headset, microphone, and a quiet work area.
Typical Day includes(example):
Mon-Tue-Thur-Fri - 11 am - 7 pm, Lunch 3 PM - 4 PM
Wed - 1 pm to 7 pm, Lunch 5 PM - 6 PM
This job is answering calls to help patients set up appointments, answer other inquiries, and do other tasks related to patient care. You log in to our phone system and then start assisting patients.
I've been in the call center business for 30+ years.
These positions could become permanent and might transfer to working directly for the Company.
My longest-tenured contractor through Upwork has been full-time employed by me for 5+ years.
