Supply Chain Assistant

• Ensure all order B2C are shipped out within good timeframe daily
• Contact Customer service and update SHOPIFY should product be Out of Stock
• Update Delivery tracker and update Freight Cost Estimator
• Obtain Quotation and compare to ensure service is in line with Launch Dates
• Liase with Freight forwarder and ensure goods are shipped in line with expectations
• Monitor all Shipment and update daily on current Status until delivered
• Work with Warehouse to ensure goods are well booked in as quickly as possible
• You will share ASN/WRO [Delivery notification] and follow through to Reception

• Set-up new accounts on SHOPIFY and ensure products are well setup ahead of launch
• Share TEST data on SKU setup
• Support with logistical matters for Wholesale on Adhoc basis
• Support with end-to-end Transport Local & Internationally for all product categories
• You will support with Invoice approval for Freight and courier accounts Checking cost are accurate
