Profile Description

We are looking for a Medical Biller, and Credentialing Specialist

Must have related work experience:

- Must have at least two or more years of experience as a Medical Biller, Insurance Verifier, or Credentialing Specialist.

- Handled inbound/outbound calls, text, and emails

- Provided members’ eligibilities and documents and explained the member's insurance coverage, availed them.

- Managed billings and/or claims-related inquiries, including claims interpretation, billing explanation, reprocessing of denied claims, and pre-authorization.

Medical Credentialing Advocate/Specialist
- Complete provider credentialing and re-credentialing applications; monitor applications and follows timely

- Sets up and maintains provider information in online credentialing databases and systems. (ie. CAQH, NPPES, ABR, BCBA)

- Responsible for reviewing, collecting, investigating, and maintaining incoming credentialing and re-credentialing
applications in accordance with regulatory guidelines for medical providers and medical facilities.

- Compiles and maintains current and accurate data for all clinical staff and tracks expiration dates of provider licenses
and certifications.

- Maintains copies of current state licenses, DEA certificates, credentials, and any other required credentialing documents
for all providers. Requests renewals/updates as needed.

- Audits system for accurate and up-to-date provider information.

- Behavioral Health is a plus
- We are a Psychiatric Mental Health medical practice
- Compliance: Understanding and adherence to HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality.
- Confidentiality and Privacy are at the heart of our services.
- Must be willing to work in USA base, Eastern Time Zoon and be available from 8 am to 8 pm EST and on the weekends to support patient


Benefits:

- Competitive compensation package –
- Php 40,000 - 50,000/month for weekly 40 – 50 hrs.
- Twice a year bounce – 25% to 50% of the monthly salary based on performance
- 30 days paid holiday per year - after one year of employment
- Annual pay increase based on performance
