We’re a growing e-commerce company selling multiple products through our five different brands across multiple Amazon marketplaces. We’re currently looking for a seasoned Amazon account manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Leadership, you’ll be responsible for the following:
? Complete ownership and accountability of our Amazon Account.
? Ongoing monitoring of listings, identification, and prompt resolution of issues.
? Adept at listing creation and optimization, particularly creating parent / child ASINs via flat-file.
? Expert at managing Amazon’s native discounts and promotions to leverage them into driving organic sales.
? Continuously oversee and optimize product listings using strong knowledge of keyword research, Amazon algorithms and product search rankings to ensure maximum exposure of our products.
? Manage Amazon brand registry, create A+ content and store design.
? Manage product reviews & seller feedback to enable growth.
? Monitor the accounts’ health and performance metrics and implement strategies to ensure account health is kept pristine.
? Raising cases with Amazon Seller Support to resolve issues as and when needed.
Requirements:
? 3+ years of experience in independently managing $1M+ Amazon accounts.
? Detail oriented and extremely organized.
? Self-Starters should possess the ability to work independently at their own initiative.
? Should have a dedicated workspace with a quiet environment, stable internet connection and power backup.
? 2x relevant past references would be required from successful candidates.
