Shopify Virtual Assitant/ Customer Service Rep

? Qualification:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Shopify virtual assistant or similar role
- Proven expertise in Shopify, managing multiple projects concurrently
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects efficiently.
- Effecient juggling between Emails, comments, chats, and team needs.
- Strong negotiation skills, particularly in dealing with suppliers or resolving customer issues
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, especially in troubleshooting customer-related issues
- Self-motivated with the capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment

? Skills :

- Extensive experience using and navigating the Shopify platform.
- “Think outside of the box” mentality.
- Competence in managing multiple tasks within Shopify, including product management, order processing, and inventory management.
- Customer Service communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Slack/Excel/Notion/Zendesk.
- Proficiency in utilizing Shopify apps and integrations to enhance store functionality.
