Key Responsibilities:
- Answers client's calls and emails
- Speaks fluent perfect English without any accent
- Manages required intake documents and scheduling process
- Communicates effectively with clients, practice owners, and team to accomplish client satisfaction
- Manages several tasks with attention to detail and operates independently based on the client's practice procedures
- Identify potential insurance coverage or need for supporting documentation, including referrals and authorizations


Qualifications:
- Willing to work on a flexible schedule or on weekends
- Must have experience with Asana and Gsuite
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or related field (preferred but not required)
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the medical or healthcare industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Familiarity with credentialing processes and healthcare regulations is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM software and social media platforms for business purposes
