Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team. This remote position will involve creating, maintaining, and updating marketing funnels, CRM systems, and automated workflows. This may include campaigns for filling our pipeline with qualified prospects by running out cold outreach campaigns, managing our prospect list data, setting up & running our monthly webinar promos & doing direct outreach prospecting work. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical integrations and digital marketing within a SAAS environment.

Responsibilities:
Develop and manage digital marketing funnels and workflows to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure optimal performance and integration.
Assist in the technical integration of email campaigns, lead generation strategies, and other marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, execute, and monitor online campaigns.
Provide technical support for marketing automation tools and platforms.
Analyze and report on campaign performance and suggest improvements.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant or similar role, preferably in a SAAS-driven environment.
Strong familiarity with marketing automation tools, especially High Level.
Proficient in integrating various digital tools and platforms for optimized workflows.
Excellent understanding of CRM systems, email marketing, and lead generation processes.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with keen attention to detail.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
