Our U.S. TikTok shop is at the forefront of connecting with our audience in dynamic and engaging ways. We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Officer to join our team and help expand our brand presence on TikTok by identifying and collaborating with suitable influencers who will become our affiliates and promote our products.

Job Description:
As an Influencer Marketing Officer, you will play a crucial role in our marketing team by scouting and securing partnerships with TikTok influencers who align with our brand values and audience. Your goal will be to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales for TYMO’s products through creative and impactful influencer marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

-Identify, evaluate, and reach out to potential TikTok influencers who fit our brand's target audience and values.
-Develop and maintain relationships with TikTok influencers, acting as the main point of contact between them and our brand.
-Negotiate and finalize partnership and affiliate agreements with influencers, ensuring alignment with our marketing objectives and budget.
-Collaborate with influencers and our creative team to develop engaging and original content that promotes TYMO’s products and drives traffic to our TikTok shop.
-Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, providing regular reports on key metrics such as engagement rates, reach, and ROI.
-Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to continuously optimize our influencer marketing strategies.
-Coordinate with other departments to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all marketing channels.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
-Proven experience in influencer marketing, specifically on TikTok, with a track record of successful campaigns.
-Strong understanding of the TikTok platform, including trends, user behavior, and content optimization.
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with influencers and internal teams.
-Creative thinker with the ability to collaborate on content creation and campaign strategies.
-Analytical skills to measure and report on campaign performance and insights.
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
-Passion for the beauty and personal care industry is a plus.
