Position: Sourcing Agent - Experience in North American/South American/European markets

Position Overview:
The Amazon Sourcing Specialist will be instrumental in identifying, evaluating, and securing high-quality suppliers that align with our brand and customer expectations. This role demands a blend of market research, supplier negotiation, and strategic planning to ensure product availability, cost efficiency, and competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough research to find and identify high quality suppliers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
Analyze sales data and inventory levels to forecast purchasing needs and optimize stock levels.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure a seamless introduction of new products to the market.
Stay updated with Amazon’s policies and market trends to adapt sourcing strategies accordingly.
Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with supply chain processes and vendor reliability.
Manage the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in product sourcing, preferably within the Amazon platform.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to establish and maintain positive supplier relationships.
Excellent analytical abilities with a keen eye for market trends and product potential.
Ability to work independently and make well-informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Outstanding organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related fields is preferred.
