Course Creator

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Online Course Creator to join our educational content team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in education, instructional design, or a related field, with a unique skill set in leveraging existing Zoom video recordings to develop engaging and impactful online courses. This role involves curating, editing, and repurposing video content to create structured educational programs that meet our learning objectives and cater to our diverse audience's needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and curate existing Zoom video recordings to identify content suitable for course creation.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and the content development team to define course objectives, structure, and delivery methods.
- Utilize video editing tools to enhance audio-visual quality, add interactive elements, and ensure a cohesive and engaging learner experience.
- Design course materials, including but not limited to lesson plans, quizzes, assignments, and supplementary resources, to complement video content.
- Collect and analyze feedback from learners and stakeholders to continuously improve course content and delivery.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in online course development, preferably using existing video content.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
- Familiarity with Zoom and other video conferencing tools, including the ability to navigate recordings, transcripts, and other features.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for creating engaging learning experiences.
