Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Software QA Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software quality assurance, with specific expertise in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and Recharge. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our online stores, focusing on optimizing performance, enhancing security, and providing an outstanding user experience.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for our e-commerce platforms, focusing on Shopify and Recharge, to identify software issues.
- Perform manual and automated testing to ensure the application's functionality, usability, performance, and security standards are met.
- Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of incoming and outgoing software features related to our e-commerce operations.
- Ensure that all aspects of the software are thoroughly tested, including but not limited to shopping cart functionality, payment processing, order management, and subscription services.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify and Recharge, to ensure our platforms leverage the best practices and features.
- Work closely with the customer support team to understand customer complaints and issues related to software quality and work on their resolution.
- Document test phases and create test reports.
- Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Software QA Specialist, with a strong background in e-commerce environments.
- In-depth knowledge of Shopify and Recharge platforms is a must.
- Experience with QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and cases.
- Familiarity with automated testing tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
