Full-time Experienced Ecommerce Bookkeeper for US Clients

Must have 5+ years of solid bookkeeping experience using QuickBooks Online and Xero. Being a CPA or equivalent is a PLUS.

We are looking for a full-time experienced CPA, QuickBooks Online, and Xero bookkeeper from the Philippines with at least 5+ years of solid bookkeeping experience working with other online companies to manage their bookkeeping tasks. Being a CPA or equivalent is a PLUS. Candidates should have a strong understanding of e-commerce bookkeeping and issues/ tasks Ecom sellers deal with when it comes to bookkeeping. We are a bookkeeping business looking to build a Filipino Bookkeeping team to support our US team.

Looking for someone full-time and exclusive to us that we can build a team around. Must be willing to work MST business hours.
Candidates must have strong communication skills, a good command of the English language, high attention to detail, must work well in a team, and passionate.

The role will be focused on,
(1) monthly financial reports
(2) Managing all financials using the Xero/QBO bookkeeping software
(3) Providing reports to our US-based Accountant and Clients
(4) Communicating with customers about bookkeeping questions as needed.
(5) Other Ecom bookkeeping tasks like inventory sales tax AP/AR, Loans payroll, etc.
(6) Catch Up and Clean Up Projects

Here are our requirements for the role:
-Able to work MST hours between 3 am to 12 noon MST (5 pm to 2 am PH time)
-5+ years of experience as a bookkeeper
-Certified Public Accountant or equivalent
-3+ years experience with QuickBooks Online and Xero
-Happy with a rate between $5 and $12 per hour
-Exclusive to EcomBalance. No outside clients.
