We are currently looking for a dynamic and highly organized Virtual Assistant to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in supporting our day-to-day operations, focusing on market research, lead generation, project management, social media assistance and scheduling.
Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed market research and present findings to support decision-making processes.
Generate leads through various channels, maintain a database of potential clients, and follow up as needed.
Manage and oversee automation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and standards are upheld.
Maintain and update calendars, schedule appointments, and make necessary arrangements to optimize time management.
Coordinate and book appointments, including but not limited to meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of market research techniques and databases.
Experience in lead generation and automation tools.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining close attention to detail.
Proficient in ClickUp, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Suite, and various scheduling and project management tools.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
